Engineering optical fibres for nonlinear optical endoscopy

This paper is to review the recent development of fibre-optical nonlinear optical microscopy for 3D endoscope tissue imaging. The new compact probes are designed with a double-clad photonic crystal fibre or a double-clad fibre.
