FULL-RCMA: a high utilization EPON

Andrew, Elaine WongThis paper proposes a novel medium access control protocol for Ethernet passive optical networks. Its efficiency is evaluated by simulations that demonstrate that 95% utilization can be achieved under heavy load conditions.
