Real time edge detection implementation

This paper will focus on segmentation operations for edge detection purposes. Java programming language has been employed and the results have been compared with the other available platforms. The results have demonstrated an easier and more efficient way compared to that of the conventional programming languages. Moreover, it is evident from our preliminary results that the performance of presented algorithms for image detection does not degrade when they are implemented in Java.
