Stakeholder and community relations: Innovation, relationships, brokers

The theme of this presentation is '(Social) Innovation and Stakeholder Engagement'. It deals with (i) The meaning of dialogue; (ii) The importance of relationships; (iii) The need for brokers or connectors; and (iv) Embedding these within the organisation. It is based on my 15 years working as a consumer affairs professional.
