Survey and analysis of psychological quality based on the career adaptability of business college students

The fit of college student psychological quality and their occupational demands is the key element in the transformation from academic to occupational circle and also an important goal in the cultivation of high-quality talents. This paper targets on business management major college student as respondent, choosing six dimensions from psychological quality dimensions that have significant effects on management career, i.e., achievement preference, self-control, self-esteem, justice sensitivity, willingness of group recognition and behavioral intention of conflict treatment, to conduct a related psychological quality measurement research. By analysis of the research results, the author found that recently there are much incompatibility between business management major students' psychological quality features and the quality demand of management career. On this basis, this paper proposes some recommendations for improving career adaptability of business management major college students' psychological quality.
