Marketing research is one of the core courses in the marketing specialty, and aims to help students understand the basic concepts and methods of the discipline, as well as develop students' skills in finding information. By learning in the traditional class, students are able to build their knowledge and can pass their final university examination. However, they often don't know how to apply this knowledge when faced with practical problems of marketing research. That means that the traditional teaching methods alone are not meeting the teaching objectives of the course. Therefore, we have tried to introduce project based learning (PBL) method into our curriculum. This paper describes why we adopt PBL in the curriculum of marketing research, what we have done and what are about the results and limitations.
