Using the team-experience teaching model and developing the ability in communication and cooperation

The team communication and cooperation ability are increasingly important in the modern commercial competitive environment. But the existing teaching models cannot improve the students' ability effectively in this aspect. During the teaching practice, after working over the study model matrix and the characteristics of the team communication and cooperation training, the author introduces the team-experience teaching model, which is an innovation and bold attempt, and has obtained good effects.
