Sustainable ICT

Australia has the potential to reach its carbon emissions reduction targets through the use of modern ICT solutions across both commercial industry value-chains and public sector services. But only if the ICT industry itself raises its game to be a far more efficient user of expensive energy resources, and the users of ICT put in place best practices around sustainable ICT. © 2012 Swinburne University of Technology.
