Carer journey

This webinar will identify and discuss the role of the unpaid carer in the support of older adults living with dementia or frailty and will provide an overview of the unique issues that carers may experience in their caring role and in context of the current aged Care system. Finally, it will provide information about resources available for those in the caring role.
