Statutory Boards at Swinburne

At the most recent joint meeting of Council and the Statutory Boards, the question was raised of whether the University should move to a single Board thereby combining the responsibilities of the Academic Board and the Board of TAFE Studies. This discussion paper outlines such a proposal in more detail and seeks views from staff, students and Members of Council.
