Producers’ Perspectives on Australian Children’s Television in the Streaming Era

This report presents findings from semi-structured interviews conducted with 23 producers of Australian children’s television, conducted between November 2021 and April 2024, which was a period of intense legislative, technological, and funding changes. The report gathers and analyses producers’ expert perspectives on the sector, to map global trends, opportunities and challenges facing Australian children’s television producers.
