As Media and Communication researchers from Swinburne University of Technology and Queensland University of Technology investigating the intersection of sexual health and technology, we welcome the opportunity to make a submission to the Victorian Government’s Inquiry into Women’s Pain. Our submission is informed by two ongoing projects:

  • Digital sexual health: Designing for safety, pleasure and wellbeing in LGBTQ+ communities, a collaboration with Professor Jenny Sundén (Södertörn University) funded by FORTE Sweden.
  • Digital and data capabilities for sexual health policy and practice, funded by the Australian Research Council via the Future Fellowship scheme (FT2100085).
