Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a type of acquired brain injury that is common among people who experience homelessness. This fact sheet describes some of the common symptoms of TBI, discusses the link between TBI and homelessness, and provides information for frontline workers who deliver services for people experiencing homelessness in the United States. Funding for the preparation of this fact sheet was provided by the Mercy Foundation (Australia). The authors thank Jennie Aldred for her design contributions to this resource.
