A qualitative investigation into the experiences and views of managers and senior leaders of the drivers of bullying in Victorian Public Sector workplaces
This study examines the gap between incidences of bullying behaviours and initiatives to address the behaviours. The study does not seek to reframe the description of the behaviour, to contemplate it as an OH&S or a workplace wellbeing issue. It seeks to focus on the leaders of VPS organisations, to examine managers’ and senior leaders’ insights into the drivers of bullying behaviours. Their insights are from the point of view of a decision maker and influencer of the workplace culture, in particular what behaviour is acceptable and unacceptable.
