This exploratory study examined the determinants of business growth among a group of 20 successful immigrant entrepreneurs operating in Australia's high-tech sector, through a qualitative study. The study was motivated by the observation of increased participation of immigrant entrepreneurs in this sector, and the lack of holistic studies that investigated the determinants of high growth among these entrepreneurs. The study provides a reconceptualised model of high growth for immigrant entrepreneurs, informed by those who have achieved such levels of success in their businesses.
