This thesis investigates the behaviour of curved soffit reinforced-concrete beams strengthened with carbon fibre-reinforced polymer (CFRP) using pre-cured, near-surface-mounted, and wet lay-up methods. These following investigations were carried out: - A comprehensive experimental program involved testing curved soffit beams with different degrees of curvature using different FRP systems. - A two-dimensional finite element simulation and analysis for all tested beams and a parametric study on various parameters. In addition, this thesis provides guidelines for designers on strengthening curved concrete members with FRP.
