Blockchain Based Privacy Preservation in Industrial Internet of Things

This thesis work has investigated the protection of sensitive data in modern machine-controlled industries known as Industry 4.0 and 5.0. For this purpose, the emerging blockchain technology and privacy preservation technique which is known as differential privacy have been integrated into the network of machine-controlled industries. In this context, this thesis has made significant contribution to geographically distributed machine-controlled industries and associated supply chain by protecting their business-related data and personal information. As a result, this work advances the ongoing research efforts to serve humanity through the transformation of traditional industries into more efficient, secure, and intelligent modern industries.
