Digitalization of Visual Management System (mieruka)

This thesis is describing the process of transformation of the conventional visualization system into the smart visualization system. Transformation processes were done with Industry 4.0 to improve company productivity as the visualization has proven as one of the lean management tools. The researcher has developed multiple user interfaces that help human interaction towards the visualization technique. The user-interface development process used user-centered design to get the user's highest interaction towards the system. The developed system underwent the usability test in a real-time production situation, where the users have full access to use the system in doing the production activity.
