thesis
posted on 2024-07-29, 03:11 authored by Thi Ha Trang Nguyen
Using Data Envelopment Analysis with the bootstrapping technique, this thesis provides insights into the efficiency and productivity performance of the Vietnamese airport and its determinants. The study utilised a panel dataset of 21 airports from 2013 to 2019. It contributes to the literature by conducting an empirical study in Vietnamese airports, taking into account the influence of managerial and macroenvironmental variables on airport efficiency. The findings of this study should be valuable to the government, policymakers, and airport managers in the formulation and implementation of policies aimed at achieving industry-wide efficiency enhancement.
