Android app evolutionary study reveals the dynamic changes of the apps as it focuses on temporal data analysis. Apart from high-level features, which can be obtained from analyzing the distribution of the temporal data. Detailed evolutionary changes can only be captured through behavioral analysis. Analysts are usually faced with the obstacle when conducting app behavior analyses because they need to have comprehensive knowledge. To address this problem, this thesis proposes a system based on app visualization to facilitate the analysis of app behavior and evolutionary study. Subsequently, two evolutionary studies of Android apps are conducted in this thesis.
