Individuals with psychosis may have ongoing mental health treatment needs. Providing psychosocial treatments over the Internet can improve access to evidence-based treatments and improve clinical outcomes. Despite this potential, online interventions for mental health typically have low levels of uptake and ongoing engagement. This thesis aimed to investigate factors associated with engagement with online interventions for psychosis. In addition to a review and synthesis of the relevant literature, a mixed-methods approach was utilised to identify relevant factors. Findings of this thesis may inform more effective design and implementation of future online interventions for this group of individuals.
