Despite global interest, its widespread implementation faces hurdles like technical challenges and low awareness. By examining factors like technology, organization, and trust, the research aims to shed light on adoption barriers. Using data from 384 banking officials in major cities, the study reveals significant influences of technology, environment, organization, and trust on blockchain adoption. These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers and decision-makers, aiding in crafting effective strategies. As a developing nation, Bangladesh can harness this knowledge to navigate technological advancements in its banking sector.
