This research was conducted to conceptualise and validate a construct called firm-level resource integration effectiveness (FL-RIE). Through the validation procedure, this research proposed a 30-item scale capable of measuring FL-RIE. FL-RIE is an attribute which is developed by organisations over time and is defined as the resource deployment proficiency of a firm at a given time. Hence, any organisation can use the scale to measure their resource deployment proficiency at a given time. Furthermore, organisations can get an understanding regarding the areas which they are doing well and not doing well when deploying resources in daily operations and projects.
