Innovation and firm performance of australian manufacturing organisations: an empirical analysis of determinants and complementary effects

The manufacturing industry is considered as one of the most important economic sectors in developed countries. This is because manufactured materials are used by every other industry, directly stimulating economic growth and improvements in our standard of living. However, Australia's manufacturing industry has lost over 100 000 jobs in the last 15 years. To help improve the industry and the Australian economy, my empirical research contributes ten successful drivers of organisational performance to managers of Australian manufacturing organisations.
