It examines how factors like innovation culture, organisational learning, and organisational ambidexterity influence this relationship, and how transformational leadership can strengthen these effects. The research finds that Lean Six Sigma significantly enhances healthcare performance, with organisational learning and ambidexterity playing key roles. Transformational leadership further supports the integration of Lean Six Sigma by fostering a culture of innovation. These findings offer valuable insights for improving healthcare quality and operational efficiency, providing practical guidance for healthcare professionals and administrators.
