This research introduces a new model for productivity measurement that can be applied to any type of production environment, including various production environments, such as agriculture, different industries, or banking services. The model is capable of comparing the productivity levels of one production unit with other units and with itself over time. For example, the proposed approach in this thesis can be used to measure productivity changes in the Australian banking system. This will enable us to track how the productivity level of a specific bank changes over time compared to other banks and its own previous performance.
