Playing with journalism: gaming technology in investigative journalism education

Wajeehah explored the contemporary trends in investigative journalism practice and academia. She examined the use of Alternate Reality Games (ARGs) for investigative journalism education. Her research involved designing, testing and evaluating an ARG that included real-life investigation by journalism students. Her study found ARG to be a useful and efficient educational resource due to its flexibility and authentic learning experience.
