Clean water is one of the most important resources for social development. But the scarcity of clean water has become one of the major concerns. There are two advanced techniques, including membrane-based selective pores transport mechanism and interfacial solar-driven water evaporation to purify water for a sustainable future. We used the porous photo-reduced graphene oxide membrane for advanced molecular separation. The distinct microstructures and transport pathways, which enables them for separation based on selective pores transport mechanism. Additionally, these membranes with high porosity, excellent optical absorption, outstanding photothermal performance can be used for efficient solar-driven clean water production.
