Microwaves have applications beyond the kitchen due to their higher rate of heating. Microwave radiates heat volumetrically with rapid processing compared traditional conventional heating. This research study the effect of microwave curing of banana fiber reinforced high-density polyethylene with magnesium oxide by comparing with oven and room temperature curing. The findings highlight marked improvements in material qualities through microwave curing. This research also explore diverse chemical surface treatments to strengthen the mechanical and dielectric properties of the fibers. Implementing these findings enables effective and efficient manufacturing of environmentally friendly products, replacing inferior materials in the market.
