This study investigates how spiritual intelligence affects organisational commitment, occupational stress, and well-being among temporary migrant workers in Australia, using the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory as a framework. It also explores how organisational commitment and occupational stress mediate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and employee well-being. The findings highlight the significance of spiritual intelligence in reducing stress, enhancing commitment, and improving overall well-being. This research offers valuable insights for developing workplace strategies that support temporary migrant workers, ultimately contributing to a more resilient and healthy workforce.
