The present study was inspired by the swift advert of Information and Communication Technologies and their applications in the domain of education. The results of the present study have confirmed that students from non-English speaking backgrounds (NESB) should be taught reading comprehension strategies explicitly at post-secondary levels, in order to enhance their comprehension performance of hypertexts. Also, hypertexts with different structures could be used for different educational purposes at post-secondary levels.
