Dr. Karia examined the impact of entrepreneurs' personality characteristics and self-efficacy on their behaviours in the context of information overload. The research identified dimensions within the broad constructs, and a conceptual model was developed for empirical analysis. The results showed evidence of relationships between the constructs proposed in the model, which enhances our understanding of the antecedents of entrepreneurial behaviours. The study highlighted the need for examining specific dimensions that exist within the broad entrepreneurial constructs in future studies.
