Data summarisation techniques including data clustering and aggregation play a significant role in the development of real-world applications such as flight booking, medical decisions, and financial transactions. These applications always require to meet the minimum response time for transferring a large amount of data between the users and the application providers. Consequently, this may cause continuous delays in the system, and thus the users are unable to get their information rapidly. In this thesis, several approaches are designed for effectively summarising the data that continuously evolves over time and maintaining the data summaries incrementally in an efficient manner.
