Industrial control systems are inevitably affected by many challenges such as delays in the system, uncertainties of parameters, and external disturbances that can lead to performance degradation or even instability of the overall system. Hence, careful consideration of such phenomena in systems is essential for successful controller design. The thesis contributes three control algorithms that effectively deal with periodic signals in time delay systems while overcoming external disturbances and parameter uncertainties. These concepts have been validated using mathematics and compared against existing controllers in both computer simulations and real-world experiments to confirm the superior performance of the proposals.
