The primary goal of this research is to examine how the triadic interaction of significant stakeholders influences the tourism industry's competitive position. The findings help tourism regulators construct effective regulatory frameworks to promote tourism growth and establish a competitive position in the global tourist sector. In addition, it assists tourists in grasping the new notion of digital empowerment and increases their digital empowerment. Furthermore, findings support tourism organisations making effective and efficient use of new technology to create smart tourism services that appeal to today's digitally empowered tourists.
