Organisations world-wide are increasingly integrating Human-Centred Design philosophies in Agile software development methodologies in an effort to improve the user experience of their software solutions. This research investigates factors that support and challenge the sharing of knowledge that stems from the Human-Centred Design practice to Agile software development project teams, at the Australia and New Zealand banking group. Research findings propose organisational and individual strategies for best practice in improving design knowledge management in these teams. These strategies are applicable to both Australia and New Zealand banking group and potentially transferable to other organisations who employ both Agile and Human-Centred Design ways of working, to produce software solutions.
