This thesis investigates the use of "Buy Now Pay Later" services and the financial wellbeing of young Australian adults who are prone to social media networking. A qualitative research approach with a series of semi-structured, in-depth, online interviews was utilised and the phenomenon is analysed under six themes. The findings suggest that those young Australian adults responsibly make use of these arrangements to meet their financial needs and social media networking, shared among them, forms social norms. This study extends the current knowledge and has practical implications for the users as well as firms operating in this industry.
